HOW TO ENTER:

Entering a team is simple, just turn up in Pairs with your crew. The cost to enter a team is only 30 Euros.

We would appreciate it if you could contact us first to let us know you will be entering so we can make sure you have everything you need to get started on the day. please email us at dayonebrand@mac.com

WHAT YOU NEED:

No more than 3 riders per team.
A Camera
A laptop/computer to edit with.
Videos need to be presented on DVD, if this is a problem please contact us in advance to make alternative arrangements.

WHERE TO MEET:

All riders will meet at the same place at the start and finnish at the contest. Please aim to arrive at 11am so the contest can start on time at 12pm.

Transportation in Paris

There are several ways to move in Paris : Bus,Metro,RER, Tram and Velib
For Bus,Metro,RER and Tram there is a standard ticket as long as you stay inside the city.
The fare cost about 1,20€. (5,9€ for a day pass)

Metro, Bus, RER (suburban train),tramway

In the street, the metro entrance is always shown by a sign reading Metro, Metropolitain or just M.

To reach the platforms, you must pass through the checkpoints. Each line is identified by its colour, number and directions.

To enter a Metro, RER, Bus or Tram control zone, you must be in possession of a valid ticket which must be validated in every case. Don’t forget to retrieve your ticket and keep it throughout your journey.

VELIB

VÈlib’ is a self-service bicycle scheme.
You can take a bike from any station and put it back in any
other station all across Paris!
With a station every 300 metres and a service available
24/7, you can cycle in total freedom.
Rates after the first 30 minutes
1st additional 1/2 hour 1 €
2ndadditional 1/2 hour 2 €

To use VÈlib’, you need to have a bank card that is
compatible with the VÈlib’ system (Vias/master card/Am Ex)
. Go to the VÈlib’ terminal of your choice and follow the on-screen
instructions.
